DELIVERY.

Fashion Shack maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

DOMESTIC DELIVERY

 

Free Delivery: Cape Town Only.

 

Outside Cape Town Delivery: Fashion Shack will get Courier price from Courier Company but customers are also welcome to use their own courier services.

 

Fashion Shack offers free delivery on all domestic orders. Items are usually delivered next business day and have a transit time of approximately 2 to 5 days. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday usually gets delivered out on Monday. Please note that while our delivery is fast, the arrival time is not guaranteed.

 

Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

 

Fashion Shack offers delivery on all international orders at an additional charge. Fashion Shack offers international delivery. Typical transit time is between 10 to 30 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of an additional 2 weeks. In-transit tracking will be provided for your package.

 

We also offer faster delivery and in-transit tracking with International Priority Mail and International Express Mail with an additional charge. Delivery time is typically 5-10 business days for Priority Mail and 3-5 business days for Express Mail, but as with Standard Mail, orders can occasionally be delayed in customs.

 

When your order leaves our Shack you will receive a tracking number via e-mail that can be used to track your order on www.singpost.com.

 

Please note that the delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination.

 

RETURN POLICIES

 

Returns are accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please follow the return instructions specified below.

 

Domestic return requests are accepted within 30 days from the day the order is placed and International return requests are accepted within 45 days from the day the order is placed. Delivery costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original delivery cost for your order as well as the return-delivery cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the delivery for the new item to you.

 

All merchandise sold at 40% or greater discount is considered FINAL SALE.

 

RETURN PROCEDURES

 

1. Send a return request to wayawaya11@yahoo.com with your purchase order number and specific items requesting to be returned. In the email describe in detail any problem with the item.

 

2. Repackage your return securely in the original packaging and place in the delivery box or envelope that you received your order. Returns missing original packaging (e.g. branded polybag, shoebox, hangtags, etc.) will incur a 20% restocking fee. Please email or call if you have any questions.

 

3. All articles being returned from the same order must be returned at the same time in one single shipment. Enclose the completed return form with the items. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.

 

4. Once we receive the item, we will refund your payment and send you a confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. The credit will appear on your original form of payment.
